Assessed growth and funding alternatives for Groupize, a B2B corporate travel tech company, and executed convertible note and Series A financing as fractional VP Finance. Built the financial model, managed the cap table through both rounds, and handled the financing from alternatives analysis through close.

Rebuilt consolidated financials into business-unit-level reporting across multiple legal entities and lines of business, in support of business separation and anticpated divestiture transaction. Mapped and allocated revenue, costs, and balances to each unit, giving management and investors a clear view of how each business performs and what it needs. Built the reporting to reconcile back to the consolidated results.

Led financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the investment committee memorandum for a fundless sponsor’s secondary transaction in a high-tech manufacturing company. The deal is structured through an SPV and is to be executed alongside a broader multi-entity recapitalization. Built the models and valuation behind the investment decision and prepared financials for the IC memo.

Supported Point.Me, a B2C consumer travel tech company, through a $14mm Series B financing. Built the financial model and the investor materials used in the raise.
