Dale Dadoy is a San Francisco Bay Area human resources and labor relations leader, author, leadership thinker, and workplace inclusion advocate with extensive experience in hospitality and people leadership. Dale is the author of Back to Myself and the creator of Ocean Leadership, a leadership philosophy centered on alignment, presence, responsibility, care, honesty, fairness, and purposeful action.
