Founded Northlight Advisory Services, a fractional COO and AI advisory practice based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Built and shipped three production AI tools — Northlight Vault, Northlight Meetings, and Northlight OS — each with published case studies demonstrating hands-on implementation. Works with small and mid-sized businesses to integrate AI into operations: reducing manual work, improving output quality, and building infrastructure that scales without burning people out.
