Geffrye Parsons (he/him) is the Founder and CEO of The Inclusion Imperative, a boutique culture transformation and leadership development consultancy practice.

Through consulting assignments, Learning & Development (L&D) workshops, keynote speaking engagements and content creation, Geff helps organisations create and maintain workplaces which, by leveraging the power and value of inclusion, are more effective, productive and robust.

Geff draws on 35 years previous experience as a gay, client-facing executive in global financial and professional services organisations all around the world.
