Laura is an accomplished multi-award-winning entrepreneur, marketer, and speaker, with two decades of experience working in senior digital roles.
As a digital expert, she’s worked with organisations including TAFE NSW, Signarama, NRMA Parks and Resorts, Google Australia, Sanitarium, and all three levels of Government. Her work has seen her travel for projects around Australia, and in Auckland, London, Los Angeles, and New York.
Today, she’s best known for heading up a fast-growing marketing agency, LEP Digital, which she founded in 2015.
As the Chair of the Newcastle Business School Marketing Industry Consultative Committee, Laura has hosted multiple events for the University of Newcastle, including their Master of Marketing and Digital Strategy launch.
Under my leadership as Director, LEP Digital was selected as one of six featured businesses across New South Wales for Business NSW’s 200-year bicentennial milestone. This honour reflects a sustained benchmark of commercial and workplace excellence, including induction into the Business NSW Hall of Fame in 2024 after securing three consecutive annual victories for Excellence in Small Business and Outstanding Employee. In 2026, LEP Digital further expanded its industry recognition by receiving a Highly Commended distinction in the inaugural Excellence in Workplace Health & Wellbeing category.
