The brief was to design and deliver four fully bespoke Advanced Coaching Skills modules that would deepen coaching capability for leaders. We ran a series of Discovery Workshops with the People Development Team at OVO to ensure we were hitting all the right notes. From these half day workshops we were able to create first drafts of the four modules which highlight best in class coaching tools. We focused on the tools we personally use in our own coaching practices. The final modules were: The Awareness Gap Career Development Decision Making Coaching for Confidence

To meet OutSystems’ ambition for a world-class leadership experience, we designed a fully bespoke programme: Rise. Developed over four months in close partnership with the People Experience team, Rise was co-created to equip managers with the skills, confidence and mindset to unlock performance in themselves and their teams. Our collaboration spanned the full learning lifecycle, from discovery and insight gathering through to brand design, content creation, learning design and asset development, alongside targeted communications and learner engagement support.

Launched a 100pg Playbook for internal L&D teams to design and develop exceptional leadership programmes. The first two chapters were launched for free with over 3,000 requests for download received in two weeks.

Team and Executive coach for the c-suite of Mews, with 1-1 coaching of 9 members of the team across all functions. Planned and facilitated quarterly Exec Offsites to improve team awareness, dynamics and strategic behaviours over three years.
