My coaching role began in 2018 when I realized the young professionals could use some structured guidance. I began structuring weekly 1:1 sessions with the young professionals. This grew to then coaching my entire team over time. It became one of the more rewarding aspects of my corporate career. Now, I founded Elevate by Being, LLC where I love serving my senior clients as a Coach. My methods and proprietary tools are based on 24 years of corporate LEAN, Kaizen and other proven systems that made me successful in the industrial landscape.
