Before ANCHOR, I spent 7+ years in the healthcare startup world, building and scaling a logistics department from a one-person team to 35+ supporting a company of over 500 employees. Aside from the logistics side of my role, I also managed 7-8 figures in ARR throughout my tenure.
At ANCHOR, I lead business development, partnerships, strategy, and programs like our $2,500 Design Match, which reinvests in small businesses by making great design more accessible.
I was asked to join the Small Business Association of Michigan's inaugural Minority Business Council to help represent minority business owners from the communities I'm from, serve, and live in.
