Julia Van Leeuwen

I worked with founder Ryan Stevens to design the MVP for Digital Reference. My role focused on building and documenting the user dashboard, ensuring usability for the main product features, and expanding upon existing brand guidelines. Additionally, I collaborated with software team Meant4 during a 2 week design sprint to conduct user testing and further design iterations to simplify the MVP for launch.

This project focused on developing the Review Insights feature, an interactive AI-generated overview of service providers' reviews. My role encompassed comprehensive research, design, testing, and launching the feature to elevate user engagement with profiles and increase clicks to reviews. Joan4LPS was a full website and brand design for Joan Anderssen, a candidate for Littleton Public School Board. I designed and built responsive website using Wix with a focus on accessible design and mobile first approach. Conducted competitive research to understand the user base and focus on distinguishing the website and branding from competitors. Created a brand identity for Joan4LPS including full style guide, bespoke logo, and printed campaign materials–business cards, yard signs, flyers, and postcards.
