Robert D. Bosic III

Robert D. Bosic III is the founder of Bosic Consulting Group. He helps founders of consumer companies build the leaders beneath them, so the company runs without the founder. He spent thirty years as a senior and C suite executive. The last role was Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded company with about $1.5 billion in revenue, more than 100 business units and 15,000 people. He works with no more than four clients at a time. One founder led consumer company started at about $85 million and is on track for $250 million in 2026.
