My work has centered on a single question: "Why do leadership systems begin to fracture under pressure, and what allows them to hold?" Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with healthcare systems, corporations, and organizations navigating high-stakes decisions where outcomes affect people, performance, and long-term sustainability. In those environments, I began to see a consistent pattern. Breakdowns in leadership were rarely caused by a lack of intelligence, effort, or strategy. They emerged when the trust operating system inside the leadership team was misaligned or undefined.
