Sam Spital is Managing Attorney and Founder. In 1970, he served over 7-1/2 years as Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice. As a prosecutor, he handled over 50 Criminal Appeals in the state and Federal Courts, all the way through to the California and U.S. Supreme Court. During that time, Sam received unique training, learning to look at each and every single fact as having potential legal significance.
